Train for TEF Speaking.
The Right Way.
A step-by-step system for every moment of the Speaking exam — with an AI coach that checks your structure, not just your grammar.
Join the Waitlist — FreeAny chatbot can role-play if you prompt it hard enough. A coach that hears your method and tells you why it slipped is what we built.
This is coach mode. You speak, then stop, and get feedback the moment you need it — step by step, before the mistake sets in.
Built by someone who failed it first.
My French was already good enough on my first attempt — but I froze the moment the examiner pushed back. A tutor finally showed me there was a structure underneath all of it. I refined it, practised every step, and passed comfortably the second time. Oraleo is that structure, built out properly — so nobody has to stumble onto it the way I did.
Does any of this
sound familiar?
You know the vocabulary. You can hold a conversation. Then the examiner pushes back — and everything you meant to say arrives in the wrong order, or not at all. And every week without that score, the clock keeps ticking.
If this is you — you're exactly who Oraleo was built for.
Your French isn't the problem.
Why memorising backfires. A recited answer gives itself away — the pace flattens, the same stock phrases turn up, and the moment you're interrupted there's nothing left to say. Oraleo teaches models, not scripts: the shape of a strong answer, so you can build one live.
"I just needed some guidance. I just needed some structure. But nobody was giving it to me."
The problem was never your French.
It was always the missing method.
That's exactly what Oraleo fixes.
Is Oraleo right for you?
This is for you if…
Not for you yet if…

○ In developmentBy exam day, the method isn't something you remember.
It's something you do.
Not built alone.
Every expression, every model answer and every piece of French on Oraleo is reviewed before it reaches you — because a method is only as good as the language it puts in your mouth.
Reviews the method itself — every expression, connector and model answer — so what you practise is language a French speaker would actually use, not textbook filler.
Shaped how we coach. The anti-memorisation principle, the focus on pace and rhythm, and the “models, not scripts” rule all came from sitting on the other side of the table.
The framework was taught one-to-one and refined against real students long before a single line of Oraleo was built. Every one of them reported improvement.

Questions
The ones people ask us most.
Is it really free?
Joining the waitlist is free, and so is the method — both Section A and Section B. When the AI coach launches there will be a paid plan for practice sessions, but the method itself stays open to waitlist members.
Which exams does it cover?
TEF Canada, TEFAQ, TEF Études and TEF IRN. The Speaking section works the same way across all of them, so the method transfers directly. TCF, DELF and DALF are next.
Does it cover both speaking sections?
Yes. Section A — the question-asking task — and Section B, the persuasion task most people find harder. Both are built out step by step.
What level do I need to be at?
You should be able to hold a basic conversation in French. If you're still building sentences, work on that first — the method won't help much yet, and we'd rather tell you than take your email.
When does the AI coach arrive?
It's in development now. We're not putting a date on it until we're confident, but waitlist members get it first and we'll email you the moment it's ready.
